Our Four Cheese brings together creamy Fior di Latte, smoky scamorza, bold Gorgonzola and Parmesan, finished with extra virgin olive oil.

Built on our hand-stretched Neo-Neapolitan-style base, it’s slowly fermented, par-fired and frozen at its best for a thin, tender centre and a soft, airy crust. Four cheeses. Apparently, one was never enough.

Neo-Neapolitan-style pizza base (approximately 74%), Fior di Latte mozzarella (13%), smoked scamorza cheese (6%), Gorgonzola cheese (5%), Parmesan cheese (2%) and extra virgin olive oil (<1%).

Neo-Neapolitan-style pizza base contains: WHEAT flour (Caputo Pizzeria Blue and Caputo Manitoba), water, salt, honey and yeast.

Fior di Latte mozzarella contains: Full cream Ayrshire cow’s MILK, water, calcium chloride, non-animal rennet, cheese cultures, salt and acidity regulator (lactic acid).

Smoked scamorza cheese contains: Cow’s MILK.

Gorgonzola cheese contains: Unskimmed cow’s MILK.

Parmesan cheese contains: Unpasteurised cow’s MILK, salt and animal rennet.

Contains: WHEAT (GLUTEN) and COW’S MILK.

We par-fire each one at the peak of its potential, then freeze it immediately, so nothing is lost between our oven and yours. When you're ready, your oven finishes the job in under 10 minutes. No compromise. No waiting. Apparently this is what dinner looks like now.

We deliver your pizzas frozen and packed to stay cold. Pop them straight into the freezer when they arrive. If you can’t freeze them immediately, bake them straight away — once a pizza starts to defrost, it shouldn’t be refrozen.

For now, we deliver within Cape Town’s Northern Suburbs so we can make sure every order arrives properly frozen and in the best condition. As demand grows and we can maintain that same standard further afield, we’ll expand our delivery area.

Outside the zone? Local pickup is available. Bring a cooler bag and head straight home.
